Warranties and Quality Control
Warranties are extended through the manufacturer of each of the particular products that we supply. In other words, the roofing warranty will be different from the window warranty and door warranty information. Each specific warranty is what is offered by the particular product manufacturer. We warranty that our trusses and wall panels will be designed for the loads that are given to us and that they are built with quality materials as specified by SPIB and other grading agencies. Assembly standards are set and specified by TPI (Truss Plate Institute) BCSI-1-03 and BCSI B2 summary sheet, and ANSI/TPI 1 standards. We build walls and trusses to conform to 2006 IBC (International Building Code). All wood is heat treated (HT) grade marked to prevent insect, egg, or larvae transfer to another location. All studs, sheathings and wall material are grade marked per industry standards per their intended use. Sheathing panels are designed to APA (American Plywood Association) panel design D510. All lumber is kiln dried and heat treated and dried to a moisture content of 19%.
