Export Package Materials List includes:
- Termite treated foundation or wall panel bottom plates if installed on a concrete slab foundation.
- Foam sill sealer under bottom plate of walls or under foundation plate to seal from air, water, and insect penetration
- Floor system:
- Floor trusses or standard grade marked dimensioned lumber Joists
- Subfloor OSB (oriented strand board)"tongue & groove", glued and nailed
- Wall panels with all door and window rough openings framed in the panels:
- Exterior walls with OSB sheathing applied
- (O.S.B., foam, gypsum, plywood, asphalt impregnated wood fiber optional sheathings)
- Interior walls
- Termite treated bottom plates added to wall panels on concrete slab floor systems
- Roof system:
- Roof trusses or dimensioned southern yellow pine lumber Rafters
- Gable end overhang ladders
- OSB Roof sheathing (normally 7/16” or 11 mm thick)
- Roofing felt to cover OSB and goes under roofing shingles
- Aluminum roof edge flashing
- Shingles (fiberglass asphalt)
- Attic ventilation (soffit vents and ridge vents)
- Exterior siding and trim (cedar, L-P Smart Side, James Hardie lap, CertainTeed Vinyl)
- Porch railings of wood or vinyl
- Pre-hung exterior door units and locksets
- Windows:
- Weather Shield, aluminum clad wood windows and patio doors
- Atrium or Silver Line, Vinyl windows
- Window screens and grilles
- Skylights, Roof windows
- Pre-hung interior door units (doors installed in frames with hinges) and locksets
- Interior wood trim (base, window and door trim, closet rods, shelving, stair trim, etc.)
- Kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, counter tops from laminated plastic, Corian or Granite
- "Tyvek" house wrap for air or moisture infiltration on exterior of wall sheathing
