All of our homes are designed to meet IBC (International Building Code) standards. Our homes meet all local standards that are set in the USA for our area. We will design to your local conditions with high wind loads, seismic loads, or heavy snow loads, or any other loading requirements in your particular area. We have our own engineering staff and our own architectural staff right here in Salem, Virginia that has successfully designed buildings all over the world.
